Join us for six weeks of yoga with Laura held at the shop on Mondays at 7pm. Course starts Monday 13th April.
Runner-focused yoga to build strength, improve resilience and support recovery. Expect a balanced mix of flow, strength, and restorative work to leave you feeling strong and reset.
Led by doctor, mum and experienced yoga teacher Laura Tarry, combining medical insight with breath-led movement.
