Running Free is the hub of the local running community, based in Ashley Cross, Poole, Dorset. We have a team of experienced and passionate runners to support your every running need including full gait analysis service. Whether you’re a serious marathon runner, a casual jogger or just getting started we'll get your sorted. Oh and did we mention we run lots of events and have a lovely coffee shop serving up the best coffee that has been roasted in the New Forest.

    We are independent and love getting involved in the local community and give back where we can. We currently offer a 10% discount on all purchases to Running clubs, Police, NHS, Fire service, RNLI, All Charity runners and a whopping 15% to all Service personnel.
