A FREE weekly run club from Running Free - everyone welcome

Feeling a bit disillusioned with running on your own in the cold and dark, don’t worry we got you. Just come along to our weekly Wednesday runfree crew 👊 

For those that don’t know about our runfree crew: 

👉 Weekly run with nice, friendly people 

👉 No chips or timings just run what you can - no pressure at all 

👉 6pm start from running free 

👉 Depending on the ability of the group on the night we will run the distance most are comfortable with - start with 5k ish and more if everyone is happy 

👉 You can leave your stuff in the shop whilst we run 

👉 Everyone welcome 

👉 Oh and it’s FREE, so no excuses
