Join us for eight weeks of strength & conditioning with Zoe from The Happy Gym, held at the shop on Thursdays at 7pm. Course starts Thursday 4th Jun until 23rd Jul.
Runner-focused exercises to build strength, improve resilience and support recovery. Expect a balanced mix of strength and conditioning work to leave you feeling fit and strong.
