Couch to 5K, or C25K, is a fantastic program that's been designed to get just about anyone from sitting on the couch to running 5 kilometres or 30 minutes in just 9 weeks.
We’ve organised many C25K programs over the years and we are super excited to be starting a new one on Monday 7 Sep 2026.
What is C25K?
C25K is a running plan for absolute beginners or people who have gotten out of running and are needing some moral support and help to get back into it.
The plan involves 3 runs a week, with rest days in between, and a different schedule for each of the 9 weeks. We will support and assist you with this by meeting every Monday for a walk/run and confirm your plan which will help keep you on track.
C25K with Running Free Sep-2026
The program starts Mon 7 Sep - 6.30pm to 7.30pm - from Running Free for 9 weeks. We plan to graduate at Poole Park parkrun early November.
We ask for £10 towards the course from each participant. Just over £1 per week. Participants will be entitled to a 10% discount in store.
