We know practicing Yoga has it's amazing all round benefits but Yoga can really help runners by improving flexibility and strength in those crucial areas, ease aches and pains and help you recover from those long runs and races faster.
With the success of the last few of sessions and also the demand by you lovely lot, we thought we'd put on some more.
It's always an hour session and will be £5.50 per person. Please pay online and if you can't make it for any reason, let us know and we'll refund you.
If you have your own mat feel free to bring along, but don't worry if you don't we have spare :)
The places are limited (up to 25) so it will be first come first served so also only sign up if you are sure you can come. We had quite a few people saying they were coming then not at the last minute which means other people lose out, so please if you have said you are coming, come, you won't regret it and your body will be very grateful :)
