We will support and assist you with this by meeting every Monday for a walk\/run and confirm your plan which will help keep you on track.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p3\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s3\"\u003eC25K with Running Free Sep-2026\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p3\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s3\"\u003eThe program starts Mon 7 Sep - 6.30pm to 7.30pm - from Running Free for 9 weeks. We plan to graduate at Poole Park parkrun early November.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p3\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s3\"\u003eWe ask for £10 towards the course from each participant. Just over £1 per week. Participants will be entitled to a 10% discount in store. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p3\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s3\"\u003eSpaces are limited.
