Saucony Tempus is a mass training shoe, with stability, at the lighter end. Therefore, you can use it for both your mass training, but also if you have to run intervals, tempo trips or even competition on the longer distances. 

Saucony Tempus is designed for you who need stability and support. Saucony has used their two different types of foam; PWRRUN Pb in heel and forefoot, as well as PWRRUN that goes across, to provide stability. This provides a good amount of stability and support, but at the same time it is a lighter foam material, so you can easily get pace in Tempus!
