Terms and Conditions

1. Prices are in GBP Sterling, are inclusive of VAT and include delivery charge (UK only). We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without further notice. We accept most credit cards and debit cards and we only take payment when your goods are ready for despatch. All transactions are made over a secure server. Prices and goods are subject to availability and may change at any time. Running Free will let you know of any changes.
2. If we do not hold the goods in stock, we will despatch the goods as soon as they become available but we aim to deliver within four working days. You will receive an e mail informing you that your order has been despatched. We will contact you should the item you have ordered be temporarily out of stock.
3. All claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made within 4 days of receipt. You can contact us on 01202 741900.
4. If you have ordered the wrong size item or you would like to return goods we will exchange the item or refund your credit card (less our carriage of £6.00). The returned goods must be in its original packaging and unused.
