Running Free offer an excellent range of footwear, clothing and accessories in our shop. Our fully trained staff can examine the customers feet and running style to help them select the right shoe. The customer is encouraged to test run the shoes on our in-store treadmill.

Running Free is pleased to announce that customers can now take advantage of Video Gait Analysis in store. This takes approximately 30 minutes.

Please note our last gait analysis is 17.30 during the week and 17.00 on Saturday

To keep up with these demands there is a need for injury prevention, injury management and performance enhancement. Sports therapy is the prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries.

Lilliput Health offers a range of services that focus on treating sports injuries. We occupy the lower ground floor of the brand new Lilliput Surgery, which was built on the site of the former Lindisfarne Surgery, Elms Avenue, Poole.

The state of the art building has been especially designed to meet the changing needs of both NHS and private healthcare services for the 21st Century.

Lilliput Health boasts 6 treatment rooms, a fully equipped rehabilitation room and is ideally situated next to Whitecliff Park to offer a suitable outside space for the more advanced exercise programmes. In addition there are further facilities including a fitness suite, fully equipped gym and swimming pool within our Bournemouth location based at The Club at Meyrick Park
