Running Gait Analysis

What kind of runner are you?

Foot pronation is a normal, natural motion and helps attenuate shock at heel contact

Under Pronator (Supinator)
An underpronator is prone to increased shock transmission through the lower limb.

Neutral
REQUIRES A NEUTRAL SHOE
A neutral runner has minimal biomechanical problems.

Over Pronator
REQUIRES A STRUCTURES CUSHIONED SHOE
An over pronator is predisposed to an inward rolling motion as the foot progresses toward toe-off.

Severe Over Pronator REQUIRES A MOTION CONTROL SHOE
A Severe over pronator has exaggerated inward rolling and poor shock attenuation.
